From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The driver was waiting for us at the airport, and the receptionists and waiting staff were always friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the karaoke room, which provided so much fun and entertainment.

Although the breakfast had some room for improvement, the waiting staff were kind and cooperative. We also experienced a few minor inconveniences, such as not having a balcony in our upgraded room and the rooftop bar not being stocked.

The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the decorations were lovely and the Christmas dinner was delicious. the staff was very polite and attentive, making sure we were enjoying our time. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings and the sea. the hotel is close to a beach and a few restaurants, which was convenient.

The location was not ideal, it was far from the main attractions and we had to take taxis to go anywhere. the pool was not heated, so we couldn't enjoy it in the colder weather.
